🧑💼 Human Resource Development (HRD)
The Human Resource Development Unit is responsible for the planning and coordination of staff development programmes across FAAN.
The Unit also oversees the placement of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and interns on Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) in various departments of the Authority, providing industry exposure, mentorship, and professional development for early-career participants.
